Congratulations to Aaron Kent for achieving the remarkable milestone of 20 years of dedicated service with GB Auto!
Aaron joined GB Auto in 2004 as an Auto Electrician and successfully obtained his Certificate III in Electrotechnology Systems Electrician during his tenure.
In 2012 Aaron transitioned into the role of Projects Manager, showcasing his adaptability and expertise. This role saw Aaron and his team travelling far and wide as new equipment builds flourished during the mining boom. Aaron led a team with a strong reputation for providing quality, site-specific builds and fit-outs.
In 2021, Aaron accepted the role of Electric Vehicle Program Manager for GB Electric Vehicles (GBEV), highlighting his commitment to innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry. The electric vehicle program created amazing opportunities for Aaron and his team, from working with global vehicle manufacturers through to developing and designing vehicles from the ground-up. Aaron’s dedication to his role and his adeptness in navigating the evolving landscape of the electric vehicle industry, whilst striving for the best outcome and the advancement of the industry is truly commendable.
Throughout his two-decade journey, Aaron has embarked on trips to various countries including Poland, The Netherlands, Ireland, the US, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, and more.
